DONATIONS FROM BREAKFAST HILL GOLF CLUB ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. REQUESTING A DONATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A DONATION FROM BREAKFAST HILL GOLF CLUB. A LIMITED AMOUNT OF DONATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. ORGANIZATIONS MUST “RE-APPLY” FOR DONATION REQUESTS BEFORE EVERY ONE OF THEIR EVENTS. GOLF PASSES MUST BE REDEEMED BY THE DATE ILLUSTRATED ON THE DONATION CERTIFICATE. GOLF DONATIONS WILL EXPIRE SIX MONTHS WITHIN THE ISSUED DATE BASED ON THE BREAKFAST HILL GOLF CLUB CALENDAR – STARTING MARCH 1 AND ENDING ON DECEMBER 1. QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR DONATIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE GOLF PROFESSIONAL
